How It Works

Contest timeline

• Nominations: December 1, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. CT through December 14, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Submit the entry form to nominate a Great Hills home.
• Finals voting: December 15–19, 2025 (all Central Time). The top five homes compete for community votes.
• Winners celebration: December 20, 2025. Join us in person and online as we announce Grand, Second, and Third Place.

All Contest dates and times follow Central Time (CT).

How the contest works

1. Enter your Great Hills home. During nominations, fill out the entry form with your name, email, whether you live at the address, referral source, and the street address inside the Great Hills boundary. Add an optional 10 MB photo or we’ll use Street View. Entries outside the geofenced map or after the 50-home cap are declined automatically.
2. Register to vote. Voters must provide name, email, and a valid 10-digit U.S. phone number, then pass hCaptcha and cookie checks. Each verified email can vote once per house during nominations, and once overall during finals for the top five finalists.
3. Watch the finals. After nominations, the five entries with the most valid votes advance. Final-round votes reset, and the community crowns Grand, Second, and Third Place by verified vote totals once audits clear.
4. Celebrate the winners. Prizes are $1,000 (Grand), $500 (Second), and $250 (Third). Winners must meet all eligibility checks and tax paperwork requirements.
5. Remember the key rules. No purchase necessary, and kids under 13 cannot enter or vote. Map pins display property addresses; contact the contest hosts if you need us to generalize your listing. Keep displays safe and compliant with all local rules, and expect secure cookies/captcha for fraud prevention.

Who can participate

• Only single-family residences (including townhomes) located within the Great Hills neighborhood are eligible.
• Homeowners, residents, or neighbors can submit a nomination. Minors 13–17 need parent/guardian consent; prizes must be claimed by someone 18 or older.
• Entries from apartments, condos, multi-family units, or businesses are not accepted unless the hosts approve in writing.

Yard sign reminder

The hosts may offer an optional yard or window sign to identify participants. Signs are removed within five days of announcing winners unless you opt out in writing.
